Meet Dr. Laura Lyn Gallagher
Dr. Laura Lyn Gallagher is a board-certified general and bariatric surgery specialist based in the Fort Worth and Colleyville regions of North Dallas. With comprehensive experience in different fields of surgery and an extensive educational background in osteopathic medicine, Dr. Gallagher brings a diverse skill set to the team at Bagshahi Bariatric & General Surgery. Dr. Gallagher completed her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and subsequently underwent an internship and residency in general surgery. Dr. Gallagher later completed fellowship training in general, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted surgery, giving her specialized experience in procedures such as duodenal switch, gastric bypass, and gastric sleeve.
