Try these protein filled Breakfast Frittata Muffins, the individual servings are perfect for
breakfast on the go.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
½ pound ground turkey
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups chopped zucchini
2 cups chopped red bell peppers
¼ cup chopped basil.
Instructions: Cook ground turkey. Whisk eggs with almond milk, then add veggies and turkey. Pour into muffin pan and cook for 15-20 minutes at 375. Wrap the muffins individually and refrigerate or freeze for quick easy breakfast.
